Making a Difference
2025 Year in Review
Growing up, my mom always kept scrapbooks to capture the years and celebrate the moments worth remembering. Inspired by her, I’ve decided to document and record the incredible years I’m living now. While we have countless apps like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook, those often feel curated for the followers. Instead, I’ve created my own digital scrapbook for this year—just for me.

Miss America's Teen Week/Finals Night
Supporting Miss Florida's Teen, Ireland Harkins, at Miss America’s Teen will forever remain one of my core memories. When Ireland won the title of Miss Florida’s Teen, I was beyond proud. While Miss America’s Teen didn’t result in a new title for her, I was deeply impressed by her grace, perseverance, and grit throughout her preparation and competition that week. Her platform, MTWHYSS, made an impact on the national stage, and I am so grateful to be one of the many who proudly support Ireland and her mission.

Keynote Speech at
Blake High School
This day was particularly challenging as I experienced panic attacks throughout the day. On the way there I even considered canceling. After the speech, I had to pull over and ended up vomiting due to the intensity of the panic attack.

Despite this, I managed to hold it together for the speech itself. I was open and vulnerable with the students who approached me afterward, sharing that I was struggling that day. I reminded them that putting on a brave face to deliver a speech doesn’t mean I don't struggle. I emphasized that perfection is nothing more than a mirage.
